Jessie was fabulous! Professional, friendly and very thorough. I needed service over the holiday. Jessie was here earlier than originally planned (fine by me) and called an hour ahead of time to confirm. My commode problem was more involved than originally thought. I just moved to the area and into my home. Jessie showed me where the water main shut off valve was (I had no clue) and shared things I should know about protecting my home for the upcoming freeze.

I have not had such a fine experience with a company in years. Bannister’s Plumbing receptionist was extremely polite and efficient when making my appointment! She confirmed my appointment, sent me a picture of the service man and when he would arrive. Rubin arrived on time in very clean and organized truck. He introduced himself and went over with me what he would do as well as asked if he could check all plumbing related items in my house. He made recommendations for each item. He fixed my problem. I can’t say enough things about Bannister! They provide reliable service like it used to be

Bannister did a great job, I needed new gas line installed. I was at work and had my adult kid let them in. You would have never known they were there! Everything was done and put back. Where they dug the line was even cleaned and buried. Great job. Will use them again.

Both service technicians did a fantastic job! They were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I just committed to the purchase and installation of a new water heater. I want these same two individuals the next time I need plumbing service, and I plan to enroll in "The Star Club" membership for maintaining BOTH my houses. BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE!! First, your representative Jordan Shaver was fantastic. Affable, professional, and knowledgeable. Great work ethic. This was an annual maintenance inspection and flushing of the tankless water heater. Discovered water regulator was defective and will repair next week. Get the Bannister Star Club Plan.
Everything today was no charge plus repair next week is discounted 15% on parts and labor. Warranty 3 years! Well done all around.

Randy and Ruben inspected and assessed a leak in a drain line located under the patio slab. They were professional, knowledgeable and tireless. They could not resolve the issue but they did consult with their superiors and proposed a solution, which will be attempted one week later, 6/10/21. After the event and results, I can truly evaluate the quality and cost-effectiveness of their work.
