The front door was nearly impossible to open, and the key snapped in half in the lock. Horseshoe Lock & Key was able to come to the residence very quickly, and was exceedingly helpful! The old lock was very poor quality which is why the key snapped in half, and I ended up getting a new lock cylinder and several new keys. The door is easy to open now!

Paul is extremely friendly and polite and an absolute delight to work with! He was patient with me and fixed and programmed my new set of car keys. He also gave me advice about my car and helped me figure out how to use the keypad on my door! He came out late on Sunday night to provide the excellent service I’d heard so much about.
Hopefully I never have to use his services again (break my key in the ignition haha) however, I will be telling all of my friends about him and if I ever need anything ever again, I know who to call!! Thanks again Paul :)
