Locked myself out of my apartment in the middle of the night 🤦i either couldn’t get through to other locksmiths or they charge too high.
this locksmith arrived in no time and service was quick and friendly. reasonable price too 👌🏼 definitely will be calling back in case another situation like this comes up again ~

My friend locked herself out of her apartment on a Sunday morning like the idiot she is. We didn't even have a chance to get back from the liquor store and finish our beer before this man had us back in her apartment. Very nice and fast. 12/10 would recommend.

I made an appointment for 6:30 this evening to have a lock repaired. Unfortunately, the Prolock employee hasn't shown up and didn't think my business was valuable enough to give me a call and let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. It's frustrating and a major reason I won't call again. I was pleased to see so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I can't be one of them. Post note: I'd like to add more to my experience with this company. After I posted that the Prolock employee didn`t show or call to reschedule my appointment, I received a message from the individual that was suppose to be
