Services
Steve has been around the Pool Service Industry Since 2003. He moved to Arizona after studying Criminal Justice in College at College of Southern Idaho. Steve grew up in the southwest corner of Wyoming. The Arizona Desert here in Phoenix was all a culture shock. His wife Sara is a rare native of AZ.
We have worked with McCools for almost two years now, and Steve and his team are very responsive to our calls for both regular pool care as well as problems. Their billing system and e-mail reports of service provided are state-of-the-art. Nice guys and very reliable. I have absolutely no knowledge about pools.
McCools has developed a reputation for dependability, integrity, and the kind of good old fashioned customer service you seldom enjoy these days. McCools Pools and Home Management LLC is the home of the backyard bundle. We can provide a Pool Service and Landscaping maintenance package for you all with one company. We do everything possible to treat your swimming pool and your backyard like it was our own. Our mission is to provide the most reliable and quality pool service in the Valley.
1. McCools Pools & Home Management provides Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly landscape maintenance. Rate includes standard services to be performed outlined in your service plan. Service days of the week are not guaranteed and are subject to change to fit the needs of our routing. 2. New Service: When a new account is established it may require a one time cleanup on the 1st visit at an additional cost.

My wife and I rented a home in N. Scottsdale for four months this winter. We had the pleasure of dealing with McCools several times as the owner of the house needed to have the entire pump, heater etc replaced. McCools did superb work and always walked us through what they were doing, showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable.
Steve (one of the owners) made a special visit when the new heater failed because he knew our niece & nephew were in town and wanted to swim while on spring break. That is 10000% professional and honestly just plane cool, what else would you imagine from

Met Steve and Brain the owners of McCools Pools about 3-4 months ago. The McCools Pools have been extremely polite and very professional with all the services they have been providing. The front of my office has never looked as amazing every time they get done doing there landscaping clean up.Thank You McCools Pools for such great business.

We have used many pool service companies over the years and Steve at McCools Pools is above and beyond the very best! We have an older pool pump and Steve is always outstanding at helping us to get the most mileage out of our existing pump. His repair work and service fees are always very reasonable in cost and top notch quality. We will have to replace our pump in the near future, but will do so with great confidence in using McCool's pools. Thank you Steve for the continued outstanding service!!

We’ve had McCool Pools as our pool service provider since we moved to Cave Creek. Coming from Chicago, I had no idea how to use or maintain our pool. I can not stress how good of a decision it is to choose McCool pools for any pool service needs.
Our project was to replace our 20 year old rusty propane heater with a new one. From the research phase, financing, installation and finally teaching me how to use it, Josh and Brett from McCool pools helped us through the entire process seamlessly.

After a year and going through 4 different landscaping companies in that time I finally called McCools.
You would find it hard to believe if I ran you though the sheer muppitry of those other landscaping people so I I won't.
I only wish I had taken before photo's of our embarrassing yard prior to McCools coming yesterday.
As amazed as we have been with those others we are equally amazed with the job McCools did yesterday.
Thanks guys we really appreciate it and hope your around for many years to come to look after our pool and yard.

I hired Steve McCool to take over pool service at my house as I wasn't happy with the former companies billing system. It was good timing because my pool motor and pump died right before I called him. Steve replaced the old equipment within a week and got the pool back in running order. Billing went on a credit card and communication was easy.

Well, after searching the pool service websites, I finally found the perfect pool maintenance company everyone would need & want. McCool Pools & Home Management LLC!!!
After 10 years with my old pool service provider, I felt a need to change providers. McCool Pools stepped up to the plate & delivered the results that I would expect from a highly touted pool service provider. They walked me thru all the steps of pool cleaning, pool sweeping and they handled the chemical part of the pool cleaning tasks. ( I tried it myself several years ago & my pool turned in to a green lagoon)😄
