I've worked with Memphis Hearing Aid and Dr Sarah Dawkins to order and maintain hearing aids for my daughter, and I can't recommend them enough! Sarah has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We ordered rechargeable hearing aids for the first time and they've been awesome! We had one issue with tubing that was popping out, and Sarah stayed late to make sure the tubing was replaced and repaired the night before we left for a trip. She even cleaned the hearing aids and checked for a software update before we left! I couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

I have to had at least 4 hearing aides replaced in the first year. When I went to the clinic after the first time they wanted me to pay 65 for copay to see a person but my aide was defective This went on for 4 more times.
Tonight after 12 months my rechargeable aide quite working
I fully believe the hearing aide business is a scam, especially when you pay 4k for them and you have to constanaly replace then

Hearing aids have changed my life for the better! Since there are only about 5 companies that make these helpful devices and technology is on a level playing field, it's left to which service is the best. I selected Memphis Hearing Aid. I can call for an appointment or I can just walk in and be seen by any number of doctors. I have gone in to have wax removed, adjustment to my devices as well as audio tests. These services are provided at no charge to customers. If you like be treated like family, you'll enjoy the professionals at Memphis Hearing Aid. I have been a customer since 2012.

I met some nice folks dealing with my hearing problem. I chose Memphis Hearing Aid. I am regularly met with the response " would you like to come now or is tomorrow better?" They are always there to help as I adapt to my improved hearing. Thank you Stephanie and all the others for an awesome attitude of help.
