As usual my experience with Shea Hearing Aid Center was over the top. I was meet with a smile and polite receptionist. Wait time to be called back was less than five minutes. My Hearing Specialist, Melissa was very professional and she fixed my concerns on the spot. The whole experience was top notch.

We have been taking our son to Shea Hearing Center since he was 6. We recently tried a hearing center closer to our home since our insurance coverage increased on hearing aids and it would be less out of pocket. It was a horrible experience. We would rather pay more for the care, service, and expertise we receive from Dr. Dave and his staff.

I had ear surgery back in the 80’s by Mr. Shea senior. Because he did such a good job on my ear, I came back around 6 years ago when I needed aids. I started seeing Mr. Shea jr. My insurance paid 100% BCBS. Shea center DID have a little problem getting paid by BCBS. It’s time to now replace them with another set of 7000$ aids. And they informed me that because BCBS was hard to get along with I would have to pay for them up front and be reimbursed by BCBS. I asked , did you get your money for my last set and was told yes. I then said that they(Shea hearing center) had just lost me and 7000$
