I had misplaced my car keys (single copy) and was locked out. I was on a tight schedule to move my car and Eli was able to get 2 more copies of the fob + insert keys and cut / program them all on the same day within an hour of getting there. He was fast, punctual, and was able to accommodate my timing requests.
The price was extremely reasonable IMO for all of this together, especially compared to dealership prices and given the speed of Eli's work. I was able to get my car unlocked and 2 new copies without any trouble whatsoever and be on my way.

Fast - From the time I called to the time Eli was done all within 1 hour.
Early - Eli showed up a few mins early to estimated time of arrival.
Storage closet in patio wouldn't open due to bad key/wrong key.
Friendly, reasonable price and professional service.
Provided an email PDF receipt right then and there as soon as the job was completed.
If I ever need a locksmith in the future, I would definitely use Magic Key again.

I managed to lock myself out of my car and discovered that my duplicate key was missing and my key fob no longer worked.
I called late in the evening (8:40 PM) and expected to get an appointment for sometime tomorrow, but they told me they'd be at my location in 20 minutes.
The locksmith shows up right on time, unlocks my car, makes me duplicate key, and programs it right there on the spot. Total time 12 minutes. He would have been done faster, but he went the extra mile by using the glovebox lock to make the duplicate key rather than just copying the worn out key rescued from the car

I lost my key on the Amtrak train and he was able to schedule a time to meet me at the station. Very punctual and courteous. He was able to very quickly get into my locked car in 99 degree weather and then reprogram two keys (plus shape the emergency door keys) in about 30 minutes.
I called around and he had the best price for reprogramming 2 keys. Highly recommend him if anyone needs this service!

I locked myself out my bedroom (yes, stupid, I know). The locksmith came by in about 15 minutes in a promptly manner and unlocked the door in under 5 minutes! He was very polite and I could tell he has lots of experience. Also, such a reasonable price! Thank you for helping me! Will continue to go here if I have any lock problems.

Eli is prompt and responds fast over the phone. I texted him the photos of my inoperative door lock and he gave me a quote which is reasonable. He arrived at the appointed time to fix my house front door-lock. He found that the mechanical parts inside the lock-mechanism is broken. He replaced it by installing a new mechanism that I had already purchased. I recommend him as an excellent professional lock-smith.
