I called in the early evening using the number listed on Google Maps and someone answered gruffly. After a few words of conversation I realized that the person was probably busy at home with his family and so I offered to call back the next day since my problem wasn't urgent. Suddenly the person became irate and said, "Why did you call me 20 ago and then now and then offer to call back tomorrow? You're wasting my time!". I tried to explain that this is the very first time I'm calling his business, but by then he'd abruptly hung up. Not the best first impression.... I guess I'll be taking my business

He was super helpful and quick to respond to my call. This is definitely someone I would use again if I was in a crisis. He even went the extra mile to help with my door slam issue without asking. I appreciate him trying to find the best solution to getting into my apartment as efficient as possible.

The service was okay he eventually got the job done. But the technician's attitude was hilariously horrible. We lost a car key so I quickly asked how he could re-make it and he basically shrugged me off and told me it was too technical, and questioned why he should explain it to me.
He didn't finish the job, and rescheduled. When he returned the technicians still had the horrible attitude during my entire interaction with him about the car/key. I asked to confirm the final price since I didn't talk to them originally and he got mad, and said, "what do I have to repeat my self 5 times."
