I hired this "contractor" to renovate an apartment. It has taken me months to fix the problems that he left behind. Daniel, the owner said that he is a licensed contractor and that he oversees all of the work. After he "finished" the job, I noticed that the grout was splitting in the joints of the tub, electric sockets were not working, and water wasn't filling the water heater.
