This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. No matter what he tells you, Serge, IS NOT a general contractor. He failed to pull permits for our project. He did not put down a silt fence and caused run-off onto our neighbor's property which we then had to deal with.
He tried to say we owed him money and he put a lien on our house preventing us from putting it on the market.
We had to take him to small claims court which we easily won.
AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I had such high hopes. Sergey is very nice and his answer is "we can do that". We found that is not so. We were opening a wall in our basement and finishing that room and then added a door in the master to open onto our screened porch.
