We are very happy with our new deck and porch built by LCS. The workmanship is top-notch. The project was done on time and within the budget. This was the second project we have hired LCS to do, the first one being a complete kitchen remodel. Everyone on the team is friendly and communicates very well. I will definitely use LCS again for our next project!

Everyone told me that for any type of project this large (Complete kitchen remodel, replace hardwood and carpet in entire house, and paint entire inside) expect it to take 25% longer and cost 25% more than the estimate. We were given a timeline, and not only finished on budget but 2 days ahead of schedule. Every team they brought in was great. Either Randy or Matt (project managers) came by every day to check progress and speak with me about how things were going and were responsive to emails or texts. We used LCS Residential for a complete renovation on our grandparents 1960’s home. LCS gutted to the studs, everything is brand new except the brick walls. They did an awesome job, and I absolutely love my new home. I normally don't write a review for people I do work for it's usually the opposite but these guys are outstanding to do work for.i never have to worry about getting paid from them.i wish I could say that about all my contractors.i even missed sending them an invoice and Ronnie called me to check on it.most people would have thought well he didn't send it so I shouldn't worry about paying it. We had LCS do a complete renovation of our kitchen and 1st Floor. They did an awesome job. Their prices were reasonable, their scheduling was dependable and their work was of a high quality. We had Matt Blain as our Project Manager and he was simply the best. Matt is a plain spoken guy with strong construction insight and a true customer centric approach. We didn't have many issues, but for the ones we did have Matt fixed then quickly in a very supportive way. Matt was an easy guy to trust and he always delivered. I would highly recommend LCS for any major renovation work.

Randy, Matt, Robert and Luke are the best. LCS remodeled our kitchen and the work was neat, accurate and they were very conscientious. The worksite was clean every day when they left and when I needed suggestions, they offered good and well-thought out ideas. Their subcontractors are also excellent--painters, floors, cabinets and countertop subs. Work was done is a very timely and cost-efficient manner. Would recommend highly.

LCS Residential as a deck builder for our house. They did good work. This deck builder was very competent. Our old deck was very rotted so we decided to have it rebuilt and have a slightly different design and dimensions. I’d happily recommend this company as a deck builder and I am contacting them for a basement remodel in the nearest future.
