In 1902, machinist Fred Drews and inventor Hugo Reichel combined their talents into a Chicago company to be called Reichel & Drews. The company was founded on the principle that quality industrial products, which fulfill customer needs, would make it an industry leader. Today, we still believe in this guiding principle.
We supply the highest value and quality asphalt shingle production equipment and systems for multiple lanes of production with line speeds in excess of 1,000 fpm. The Splicing Table is used to bring two pieces of polyester or fiberglass together to allow for gluing or stitching. Dry Mat Accumulators are designed to accumulate the polyester material to support the continuous production run while the material is changed at the splice table.
In order to run a production line efficiently, a complete control system needs to be in place that can be fully integrated with your equipment with fully personalized controls.
