PHS Locksmiths

I'm familiar with PHS Locksmiths through work. I recently used them to change the locks on my home that I recently purchased. They were great and had exactly what I was looking for.

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with PHS. After I called with a frantic lock out. The women in costumer service had Joe meet me at the unit within 10 min. Joe was calm and collected. He let me know what steps he would take to get in and cost! He was able to get me back into the house without damaging the lock at all!! Great work and very happy I used them! You won’t regret calling!

I come here to get duplicate keys for my steel doors . They are very nice and helpful

Really nice. Were able to come right away. Had to replace broken lock and had everything needed on the truck. He explained everything as he did it, and did some maintenance on my front door, which he noticed was stiff. Reasonable rates and tip was appreciated.

Bought a new house and reached to have some locks changed and fixed (some were misaligned). Fil was able to fix our garage door which was not locking at all. Company had really good customer service and did good work overall.

Fil was just fantastic. He installed two smart locks in my condo. We started with a consult and he was able to tell me that the locks I was looking at would work - my doors have some unique characteristics, which he was able to thoroughly walk me through - and provided a quote the next day. I called and provided information on what services I was look for with the receptionist/someone in the store, then spoke directly to Joe, and texted him pictures of the problem/issue needing to be resolved so he had a heads up in what could be the best solution. Joe called me the day of my appointment to let me know there was 1 person ahead of me and to review the services I needed. He then also called me when he was on his way over and arrived promptly within the given appointment time I was originally told. Joe was not only friendly and professional

One of last true locksmiths. They have a showroom of lock and door set options. I needed a mailbox lock set (not just a key) everyone told me it would be around $75, PHS has them for less than $20. They are friendly and professional and didn't make me feel intimidated by asking a bunch of questions.

Great service. Parking is hit or miss but prices are reasonable. Used them for our business and residential. Recommended.

We have a warped front door and a back door with hinge issues. Joe was great about communicating the challenges that went with adding locks to these doors and explained all the options available to me. He was able to get one door done and the new lock works perfectly (despite the problematic door) and is now super secure. One door will require some handyman repairs. My doors open like silk. Until now, I never realized how much my quality of life was being impacted by sticky locks. How many times have I apologized about my "touchy" lock? How many times have I explained to someone about how it needs to be "finessed"? And how many times, when there was no one to apologize or explain to, have I sighed and struggled, or how many more times, not even that... just silently accepted that this was my lot in life.

I called them on Thursday at the end of the day and they were able to come fix a broken lock on Friday. It was not an emergency but it sounded like if it was they would've been able to come Thursday evening. Felipe was who I spoke with and who I sent pictures via text back and forth with and he was great.
I appreciate his urgency. He also was able to change our locks around a bit so we use one key for 3 separate locks.
If we ever need a locksmith in the future we will use them again!

Just moved in to a new home in Berwyn, and needed rekeying all my doors. I called and from the initial call everyone was very professional.
