The TriRinse System provides barrels with a bath and 2 fresh water sprays using only a single tank. The fully programmable PLC controls both the volume and times of rinses. It also coordinates water distribution between the rinse tank, holding tank and waste water treatment. Once the barrel is disassembled, if the condition of any other components require replacement or rework, HLM will notify you of the additional cost.

In 1917, with his wife and one small child, Anton Lazaro, Sr. immigrated to the United States from Albania. He was 27 years old and although he had no formal education, he had a natural instinct for how things worked and was a self-taught "Jack-of-all-trades". He took a job as plant maintenance man at Grunwald Plating Co.
Hardwood Line, in conjunction with our partners, has the capability to repair, retrofit, and/or recondition all major manufacturers' equipment. We can replace cylinders, bearings, gears and recondition or replace superstructures. Standard on most Hardwood Line cylinders, the double lip, patented Inside/Out (I/O) doors reduce rejects while minimizing warpage and clamp fatigue.
