My house windows had black spots look exactly like modes thus I called Mold Solution for both inspections and mold remove; Amando came and carefully inspected all of my 3 floors house windows and told me those black spots are not molds at all. They did not even charge me a penny! They also patiently advised how to control room moistures to avoid molds growing in the future. Amanda from Mold Solutions came out quickly to inspect an area in our home in Seattle that was prone to flooding after we opened up a wall and found some black mold. She inspected thoroughly and got a a quote for remediation quickly that explained the proposed work and answered our questions. Even though they proposed more extensive work, the price was considerably less than another company we got a quote from. They were able to schedule us fairly quickly, only 2 weeks out.
