Aronson Fence has over 30 years experience installing custom fencing in Chicagoland. We have the process down to a science, to make this one of your best home improvement projects. We build and create custom wood fence panels that are built in house at our local factory. All posts set and wet-mixed concrete.
We manufacture our own wood fencing on-site in Wauconda, tailoring the design to your specific need. Aronson constructs fencing from Northern White Cedar (Michigan's Upper Penninsula). We use a stainless steel nail which doesn't bleed on the wood and has excellent holding power. All posts are set in concrete and dirt removed.
Strong and durable, Aronson Fence offers only the highest quality, high tensile, cold rolled steel posts and rails for our Chain link fences. These fences will not rot or burn, and offer the advantage of a full view of your protected and adjacent areas. Chain link is available in Galvanize, Aluminize and also Black, Brown, and Green vinyl coated.

My fence installed by Aronson is falling apart during gusty winds mainly because they did not secure many of the posts in concrete. I have had two different sections fall down on two different occasions. I don't see any of my neighbors having same problem with their fence. On top of poor quality original work, they quoted outrageous price to fix two posts that they did not secure properly in the first place. I got more reasonable repair quotes from other fence companies in the area. I would not recommend this company for your fence.

Dan from Aronson came out to woodstock to give me a fence estimate. He was close to an hour late and he didn't call to let me know he was running late, I had to call the office to see if he was still coming.
No big deal, things happen. He gets here and seemed awesome; he was knowledgeable about the product, asked the right questions to help me make decisions, and offered to give me quotes for 3 different styles/material. He said he would email me the quote.

Everyone I dealt with from the office staff, Ray in sales and the installation crew were customer friendly and focused on meeting my satisfaction. A big shout out to Ivan and his two crewmen for navigating around several buried utility cables safely and efficiently to get my fence installed on time. The finished product is a five foot high black aluminum fence surrounding my new in ground swimming pool. I would not hesitate to use this company for your fencing needs.

I just had 600ft of fence installed by Aronson and it was a horrible experience. I signed the contract the beginning of July and was told it would be installed in 8-10 weeks. Around week 12 I called to inquire about when my fence would be installed. I was told they were way behind due to covid and a shortage of wood but my fence would be installed soon. Week 18 rolls around and I call them again. I am told it would be installed in 3 weeks. Week 21 rolls around and call them again finally told it would be installed at the end of December. It took 25 weeks for the fence to get installed. There was

My boyfriend had a fence installed by them and really liked their work, so when my fence needed a repair I reached out to a variety of companies that my friends/relatives have worked with and liked, which means I reached out to Aronson. Unfortunately, their email back to me wasn't even a complete sentence and didn't offer any explanation of why they can't do repairs right now. Just a blatant rejection of my business. Here's the copy and pasted reply from them, "Sorry we are not doing any repairs at this."

The fence at first was great, till the gate needed fixing. We called, the lady was extremely rude and said they're not coming out and to call a different fence company to fix it... REALLY!? It's YOUR fence that's falling apart after ONE YEAR and you LITERALLY tell me to call someone else??? You're pathetic! We just bought another house and need to fence in an acre, you won't be getting the job!

Just a forewarning if you get a fence put in by these guys: they will no do any repairs. We bought a house with a fence built by them and apparently they don’t believe in fixing their work, instead their exact words are “we save our materials for new customers doing full fences, not repairs”. Super disappointing. Ended up finding someone else in the area who is happy to fix an issue due to incorrect install.

One of their installers cut power lines while putting in the fence post holes. I found this out because ComEd knocked on my door. The line was to my neighbors so we did not lose power. ComEd explained that they would have to come back out with a small backhoe and dig up my backyard and that we would be liable for any clean up and repairs to my landscaping. I called and left a message asking someone from Aronson to call me back and explain what was going

They installed our fence several years ago and that was a good experience. Last year we needed a couple of fence posts replaced and once again they came and took care of them within a few weeks and did a good job. This year, and we know the COVID situation has changed and delayed things, but their response on the phone was very unprofessional saying they are not doing any repairs on fencing, just installations. When asked when they might be able to do repairs the answer was we have no idea. And that was the end of the conversation. An email to the company got no response. Quite disappointing.

Best fence company in the area! My mom just had surgery and was walking two dogs And needed a fence put up as soon as possible. The pricing was the best that we could find in the area. And when they found out my moms situation they actually rushed and came sooner! The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The fence looks amazing! The crew that came out were fast, clean and polite! Don't waste your time with this fence company
They installed our fence not on the property line
had to have it moved in several areas
Now we have a bad relationship with our neighbors due to their work
They have terrible customer service and you have to call 20 times and chase them down to get them on the phone.
I am really sorry that we got involved with them

I originally called Aronsen because a number of my friends had used them in the past (fairly distant past) and were pleased with their work. Todd came and estimated the job, which was pretty basic...30 ft of 6' Cyclone fencing with a gate. A few days later I accepted their bid, and my deposit check was cashed on 7/17/2019.
Fast forward 5 weeks. After hearing nothing, I called and was informed that they are 6-8 weeks out on completing their jobs, and my job was held up due to a permit issue. Permits on a job of this type of fencing are not required in my area, and I was never informed that

DO NOT USE!! As many other people have stated in reviews very very poor customer service, we've been waiting over 2 months to have a fence replaced only communication we get is via email advising us they are behind because of all the rain, really in the month of August it rained about 4 days, and it will be another few weeks!! Never giving us a date, guy who came to give us a quote we can't talk to because of the witch who answers the phone it's awful, yet they have had our deposit for two months!! Very poor customer service.

We have a fairly large yard, and needed to fence it in because we have a huge dog! Aaronson was just one of four contractors that came out to give us an estimate. Their price was definitely not the lowest, but they were at the highest either. We chose them because they sounded like they really knew what they were doing.

This company is a great company and is great at what they do provided you Express your concerns and wants beforehand and making sure you're on the same page. Aronson can improve by getting a new office administrator/receptionist and sticking to their prospective schedule of installation. The woman we regularly spoke with was so disrespectful, rude, and condescending. She was as sweet as pie until she got our deposit and then decided she wanted to make our lives as difficult as possible after that. If I could give negative stars I would. This company only cares about getting a deposit and then waiting over a month to tell you, the customer, that you need to get a permit for the work to be done.
Spoke to this company 3 times before today inquiring as to when my fence would be repaired. All of a sudden today, 2 months after the contract was written and deposit was over they tell me (after I called them not them calling me) that I have to get a permit for the repair.
No where on my contract does it say a permit is required.
Stay as far away from this company as you can. They are a joke
