Tom and Adam did exactly what I hired them for...replace an old fence with a new fence.
The suggestions and explanation of the whole process along with the estimate I received from Adam were helpful and fair. Tom and his crew worked hard and they were respectful of my property...didn't leave any mess.
They did a great job, I couldn't be happier. I definitely would hire them again.

Critical: Responsiveness
Really wanted to go with this business. Tom came out and took measurements. Was told 24-48 hours for a quote. Nothing. Multiple phone calls just to be told “I gave it to the office. I’ll have to check to see what’s going on” or “I’ll get that quote out to you tonite.” Crickets after that. Guess the reviews don’t lie.

I don't know which was worse, their customer service or their craftsmanship. I had them replace an old fence in spring 2020. They were very responsive in sending out a guy to survey the job and get me a bid with an estimated start date. As the start date came and went, I had to reach out to them via email and voicemail multiple times. They pushed the project back multiple times before finally getting started about two months after the initial start date. I had to have Julie out THREE times to re-stripe and flag the utilities because of the delay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID

They came out to take measurements, but then I tried getting them to send me the quote over and over again. “We will get it out this evening” never actually happened. I wanted to do business with them, but when you can’t get the price it was impossible to move forward. Good thing I didn’t put a deposit down or anything, who knows what would have happened with moving forward after that.

The reviews for this company were overall positive and we wanted to support a family business. They came out on April 5 for an estimate on a fence. He was very nice so we were confident that we would be using this company. He told us he would email us that night with an estimate. We did not receive a response but thought we should wait because of everything going on right now but got nothing. We called and texted him to follow up 3 days later and then a week later. No response. It is now May 18 and still nothing. I think that we have been more than patient.

Adam was the initial person I spoke with on getting a quote. He was very friendly and helped me decide on a fence. I went with a shadow box cedar with about a 275ft run.
Price was in-line at the middle. It wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive.
Tom came out here with his crew and got the job done great. It took a a bit longer than usual due to the covid-19 impact but he did an amazing job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail blew away my expectations.

Tom and Adam are hardworking and produce a great product. They put in a custom fence to help enclose 3 plus acres. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. I would highly recommend using them.

After quote I was told I would get a call to set up a date and time. No call just showed up unannounced. Was told that I would receive a cash discount. Never received any discount. Have been in touch with them and have been told check is in the mail then nothing this has been going since aug. I decided to write this review due to the company is has given me every excuse and is now not respond to the on going text stream.
