We love our new Highland Home. From start to finish, the folks at Highland did exactly what they said they'd do: removed the guesswork, made it simple and easy, and kept us very informed every step of the way. Their Buildertrend software made it easy to track progress, monitor the subcontractor schedule, and approve our selections. There were few hiccups along the way, but when one did occur (our fault, not theirs) Highland was responsive and quick to find a solution. Highland homes has mastered the home building process! They make it so easy to create a beautiful custom home that is of the highest quality and detail. Have questions about selections or can't decide? Their team of designers is amazing, and everything is so organized on the online portal and buyer's book you receive at closing. Loved working with the entire Highlands team. Chuck and Michelle were particularly adept at assisting us through the stressful times of developing our downsized project. Jules, Rhonda and their team made building my home in Terra Bella from 1200 miles away a breeze. Chuck Schiller was my first contact at the model home and he is a gem. Michelle was easy to work with, and Jack always took my (several) phone calls. I appreciate, too, the very generous “payment plan” Highland uses, as it gave me ample time to sell my home in Maryland. My Highland Homes “bible” with all my appliance information is invaluable. It’s been a wonderful experience and I love my new home in the cottage section of TB.

We highly recommend Highland Homes led by Jules and Rhonda Guidry. Since we were living in another city at the time of the build, it was very convenient to access a program that they use and share with the client called "Builders Trend". At any point we could login to our account and see the weekly activity on our build. The house was finished when they said it would be. They are fast and efficient! We love our home.

We wanted to downsize from a larger home, and the first time we toured the model of a cottage by Highland Homes in Terra Bella Village, we knew it was what we wanted. 1819 sq. ft with a beautiful design and superb "fit and finish", the Camellia model was just right. We bought the model! The sales person, Chuck Shiller, the construction manager, Jack, and the whole team were excellent, responsive, friendly and very professional. The home inspector before we closed found only 3 very small details, nothing more. The home is so well built and Highland Homes reputation as a quality, honest builder is
