Charlie Rick LLC is based in Abita Springs, LA and for over 20 years, this family-owned and operated business has serviced the North & South Shores of Lake Pontchartrain. We are a fully licensed and insured residential building contractor and engineering firm. While we have grown from our beginnings of deck, shed, and fence installations, we have not forgotten our roots.
From handyman services to outdoor kitchens, fences to residential remodels and more, Charlie Rick LLC has you covered for your home needs. We work in a number of North Shore and South Shore communities and commit to following all parish codes. We cannot and will not cut any corners. For our outdoor projects, we use all treated lumber and galvanized ring shank nails.
Charlie Rick routinely provides project engineering and design, flood certificates, plot plans, blueprints, elevation certificates, structural evaluations, HVAC system design and load calculations, and more. Best I've seen. I requested for New roof and new porch to replace the existing lean-to which leaked and was horrible to look at the new roof and porch installed exceeded expectations. Great price and quality work. Would recommend to anyone looking for remodel or building projects.
