Today I spoke with Eddie the owner and he was on time and wore a mask for our safety. He was very professional and had great suggestions for our beautiful home. My wife and I decided to hire Eddie and his family run business which makes their own shutters and isn't made overseas in China. He also makes them in a quarter of a time as well. They also repair blinds and shutters as well. We also love that he is a local business to Rancho Cucamonga and is truly a family run company .

This was a delightful experience from beginning to end. Eddie and Nico were exceptionally friendly and kind, first on the phone, then in person. Nico gave us a very fair estimate and thorough explanation for the process of installing 9 fairly large window shades in a sunroom. Based on our warm interaction and the quote received we felt very comfortable and happy to work with Nico and Eddie. We chose our materials and colors, after which the order for the materials was placed, and three weeks later (as promised) Nico came over and expertly installed the blinds. AWESOME! We originally just wanted new blinds in our living room and kitchen, Nico came very nice clean and professional he gave a great deal and couple of weeks later he came to install them and we fell in love with them. so we had him give us a quote for the rest of our home. I reached out to Classic Blinds for an estimate for some shutters for 5 of our windows. I was very impressed with the fact that they manufacture their own product; use 100% basswood (the best material available), provide a lifetime warranty, and it only takes 3 weeks to get our order.
While here, they charged me a very fair price to repair a large handful of shutters that we had installed years ago by another company, Nico, the salesman and repairman that we worked with on-site, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Eddie, the owner, was also very nice to work with as we were texting back

Very Pleased with Classic Blinds, Eddie and Nico are amazing and always very Professional, Even with COVID they took all the safety measures. Nico was able to get Us a great deal for our whole home with our shutter project. Eddie the owner was very friendly and communicated, He made sure to keep us updated on installation and delivery. All the glowing reviews here are true! After being told by the other local blind company that they do not repair blinds, I called Classic Blinds. This was on a Sunday so I did not expect even a call back until Monday. Eddie called me within the half hour. By 2pm Monday, Nico was here and repaired our stuck vertical blind track within a few minutes for a nominal charge. Both Eddie and Nico are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We just bought our house in March and naturally started customizing it to make it ours. Our house had (broken) vertical blonds in all the windows. Also, we have 27 windows. Our house faces east. So need less to say it's super hot on one side of the house in the morning, and then on the other in the afternoon. We needed to get window treatments installed soon, especially now that summer is here!
Anyway, I was referred to this company by other homeowners in my area (NextDoor app). What they said about

Niko was amazing!! He was very thorough with his explanations and educating my husband and I on the various options that would be ideal for our home. The price was great! He was able to get our shutters delivered and installed in two weeks turn around at no extra charge. On the day of installation, his team showed up on time. This is hands down the best shutter company we have used. Eddie called us initially and Nico came out and was there for the install, so it was all consistent. They came out the day I called, were very professional, so friendly and very reasonable. The turn around time was far faster than other companies (2.5 weeks). They communicate so well thru phone call and texts to keep you updated and were able to do all the installs while we were at work. I highly recommend this company!

We received two additional estimates before learning of Classic Blinds, and it was so worth the wait!!
