I thought about opening a cleaning service when I lived in Columbia, SC and once I moved to the Charlotte area, I saw a huge demand for the residential cleaning. People work hard, have family demands in the evenings and weekends, therefore it leaves very little time for the families to clean their homes.

I am BEYOND thrilled with Kwikmaid, the cleaning service owned by Sara Anstey! Due to health issues this year, we have not been able to keep our home as clean as we'd like. I heard about Sara's business through the many posted recommendations on various sites and hired her team to do a deep cleaning of our two story, 2700 sq ft home, woodwork, floors, blinds, vacuuming, cabinets, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and more.
We have Christian values and treat others like we want to be treated. We have a fun close-knit team environment where you can learn and grow. We believe in promoting from with-in and there are numerous opportunities for growth within our business. We offer paid hands on training for 4 weeks where you will be with the team lead and the owner of the business.
We strive for excellence at each and every cleaning. All of our staff is very cordial, respectful, honest, and are trained by the owner to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers. We take pride in our work and strive to free you up to spend time on more important things in life. Yes, we supply all products except for paper towels and trash bags.

I've been working at KwikMaid for almost 6 months now. I love the people and it's a wonderful environment to work in! We have a very positive atmosphere. As with any job though it can get hectic and sometimes chaotic, but nothing is perfect.
Boss lady is the best! She's such a faith driven woman, and she's very encouraging & inspiring. Small crew right now, but they're all amazing and we get along so well.

We called KwikMaid to do a last minute clean of our home before we put it on the market to sell. Sara was able to fit us into their schedule and the girls were so professional and did a great job getting our house “show ready.” We had several realtors comment on how clean our house was. KwikMaid has been the best cleaning service I have found in our area.
They are awesome with communication! Appointments are confirmed a few days ahead of time, the morning of your appointment AND you are notified when they are in route!
The owner, Sara, goes out of her way to be as accommodating to your needs as possible.
Also, we do not have any issues with our dogs being inside the house with them!
They are a company after my own heart! ♥️

Amazing work! The cleaning crew was in time and diligently completed deep cleaning of bathrooms, laundry room. They had extra time to vacuum the wooden floor in the first floor. We are very satisfied with the results. Girls were polite, well trained and followed Covid safety protocols, which we highly appreciate! We are planing in using their services for a long time.
