Minit Maids

Hired them to DEEP clean kitchen and two bathrooms for the house we were going to move in. Was quoted 180$ for 2 people and 2 hours of work.
Work was done and upon closer inspection we were Extremely unhappy with the results. Particularly inside kitchen cabinets there were lots of places that were not touched. Ended up re-cleaning cabinets, stovetop, range hood (inside), shower door and lots of other things.
That was not what deep cleaning was supposed to be. Hope that someone from management team reaches out to fix this whole situation.

We used the moving clean service when selling our house last week. Minit Maids was very easy to work with, very professional and friendly, and reasonably priced. They gave me a call a day or so prior to the requested service date to confirm everything with me, and when I checked afterwards they had done a great job! I would definitely recommend Minit Maids.

This review is long overdue. I've used Minit Maid's services a few times in the last couple years and I want to say that each time they did an excellent job. They are thorough and do a great job with hard to clean areas. Also, thank you to the cleaning ladies, Valerie and Anne for the amazing work!

We've been using Minit Maids for almost two years and are very happy--they are professional, friendly, reliable, and (maybe most importantly) are always sweet to our dog Toni (even though she often tries to "help" them). They're quick to respond and very accommodating whenever we need to adjust our cleaning schedule. While we haven't had any issues that would require them to come back and re-clean anything, I'm confident they would handle it appropriately if needed. We'll be moving in the fall and look forward to continuing our service with them in our new house

Great and on time. It was a last minute request as my previously scheduled cleaned canceled at the last minute. Did an excellent job. Very thorough in areas I didn't even consider. Friendly and would definitely recommend.

It was good until it was bad.....After being a long time, 6+ years, client of Minit Maids, they rode the show right into the wall. Over the course of six years, I used the team on a regular basis at my home in NoDa, a condo in uptown and an apartment while having our home renovated.
I booked a "Move In Clean" for our home, to say it was sub-par would be a gross understatement. I called the company, spoke with owner Rick, and said we would need it redone. Minit maids always do consistent, and excellent work. My favorite thing about them is there attention to detail. It's a great feeling to come home to a clean house after a long days work.

We have used Minit Maids 3 times. First time, it went great. Second time, we got a bad team. Third time, we requested a different team, and still got a bad team. On top of that, we were threatened with a cancellation fee. I understand fees are there to preserve volume, and they are really reasonable generally speaking. But in this instance, we called to set up an appointment, received a return call requesting appointment confirmation, I called back to change the appointment . . . and then we never heard anything back until the day before confirming everything. Amazing! I had my house cleaned two days ago by Landa and Shirley, they were very friendly and professional. I asked for a deep clean since it was my first time using a professional cleaner. The bathrooms are sparkling, my fridge looks great (inside and out)-my house looks brand new! I will definitely use them on a recurring basis.

MinitMaids did a great job cleaning my apartment. They arrived right on time and we're in and our within the hour. I had them do an initial general clean and the place honestly looked flawless.

Bathroom and kitchen areas was spotless, the carpet was well vacuumed and they even rearranged some of my magazines. Great attention to detail! Highly recommended.

I have been using Minit Maids for more than 20 years, and I highly recommend their services. The office staff is friendly, pleasant and always willing to listen to the homeowner's concerns. The cleaning staff is also friendly and pleasant, and they do a great job. I wouldn't think of changing services.

Rick, the owner, came personally to check out my apartment shortly after I called. He made suggestions for a first-time deep cleaning and helped me set up subsequent cleanings.

My schedule is particularly erratic (I rent out my place on Airbnb and often need to schedule cleanings at short notice), but they've been able to accommodate me each time.

The office staff is responsive and courteous, and the cleanings themselves are thorough and detailed. The value they provide is absolutely worth the money. 5 stars all around!

I have only used Minit Maids for a few months, but I am already VERY impressed. They do an amazing job cleaning my townhouse. Light years better than the other service I used previously. When I set up service, they were extremely thorough and did several follow up calls to confirm my preferences. They are very reasonably priced as well. Coming home every other Tuesday to a clean house is well worth it!

We have used Minit maids for years! We have a regularly scheduled monthly appointment and every time we are absolutely happy with the results and Being a household with 2 kids and a dog the crew definitely has their work cut out for them! If we are ever are not happy with something the crew will come back out the same day- luckily that rarely happens!

When Minit Maids first came to my apartment, I was highly skeptical that I'd be impressed.
