We have use spas at two primary locations - one in Sparks, Nevada and one in Santa Cruz, CA. The majority of our used spas are located at our Sparks, NV Clearance Center, although you may find the occasional used hot tub at one of our other locations in Nevada or California. Once we have acquired the hot tub and certified it is in good condition, Spa & Sauna Company personnel prepare it for resale.

Part of the successful experience of purchasing a new hot tub is the quality of the delivery and installation team. Two thumbs up for the guys from the Virginia Street store for friendly professionalism, carefulness in getting the hot tub into a deep hole and efficiency in handling such a big job. Clean complete instructions after the installation as well. Kudos to lead driver Anthony Williams and his crew of Nick, Chris, Carlos and Nolan!

I'm honestly shocked at the 5 star reviews for this company. While my buying experience was good with Zack, the service from that point on has been horrible. The installers broke the access panel during install (it happens, no big deal) but it took MONTHS to get a replacement (leaving the mechanicals of the spa accessible to rodents) with me calling numerous times. The handle on the cover broke after about 30 days. This was around October of 2020 and I am STILL waiting for my replacement cover!! Numerous calls have yielded nothing but empty promises. Quick response back from service team. Aaron at the store in Carson, despite not being an electrician or his job was able to help me through my minor issue and get my tub up and running again the same day through his help over the phone. Michelle took care of the minor issue with the tubs cover and already has another cover ordered for me. This is exactly why I bought a tub here and not online because of the exceptional service and follow through with any warranty issues. Thank you all again. We had service come out to our house for the first time since we’ve owned our new spa Joey the lead tech was amazing at his job. Not only did he have a a lot of knowledge he was able to fix the problem quickly efficiently.
