Buyer Beware- STAY AWAY!! They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They seem annoyed from leaves in the pool. They always seem in a rush. Some of their employees are rude and get annoyed when you ask them a question. They have to be reminded to hose off filter. They charge twice as much for a pool filter as most online sites. They only want rich customers who are going to use them for weekly service, use them for major expensive repairs, use them when you need a new pump installed, and use them for overpriced filters.

Let's just start out saying I only used this company because the previous owner had used them. I bought my house in July and I had an inspection and my pump was perfectly good. Not only did we give them my debit card so that we could pay them monthly the 90 dollars we are required for pool ssrvi they informed us that our pump only two month after moving in is leaking and we need to pay another 90 dollars for the labor of fixing the pump. After the guy came to fix the pump without my knowledge they charged me 650 for the pump took it right out of my bank account. After talking to the owner
