Crystal Pools provides swimming pool care and weekly maintenance to homes, communities and hotels in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Tequesta, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach and the surrounding areas.
Your water level is very important and needs to be at the right height. This helps keep the pool running without complications. If this isn't maintained correctly the pump can draw in air. If it gets too low, then it can cause the motor to stop working and cause damage. The pipes can melt due to the steam the motor is producing when running without water.
Human feces does not usually carry disease. Some animal feces can carry diseases and parasites, so to be safe we treat all animal feces as if they carry diseases. Raccoon feces can sometimes contain the eggs of a worm called Baylisascaris procyonis, which can infect humans, particularly children, and cause severe neurologic illness.
First get it out of your pool by scaring it away with loud noises like yelling and hitting the water with an object like a pool net. Many animals are protected so don't intentionally harm them. You can also contact Palm Beach County Animal Services at 561-233-1200 or a licensed local wildlife removal company if it you don't want to deal with it yourself.

The secretary Brianna is so rude and unprofessional does not set invoices out on time but yet calls and leaves rude messages about the invoices not being paid. The owner Jacqueline is just as rude .I will never use their services

We are very pleased with the level of service delivered by Crystal Pools. The owner, Leo, is very knowledgeable and responsive. In addition to weekly cleanings (which are always done well) we have had a variety of other work done by Leo and his team including a new heater, pump, saline system, and pool refinishing. We highly recommend Crystal Pools.

Crystal pools is a very professional business. The name of the company actually means something, your pool will be crystal clear. The company is very responsive and gets the job done. If you have a concern, let them know and they will address it. They do an honest job.
The servicemen and technicians get things done and they don't play games. If you choose this company to do your pools, this may very well be the last pool company you'll need to hire. My family is looking forward to a long relationship with Crystal Pools. A+ team.

I'm not a Yelp reviewer but as a year plus customer of Crystal Pools I feel compelled to defend the company from the last harsh review. No doubt that customer had a bad experience but I find Crystal and the owner Leo to be particularly responsive and dependable. It is the case that they've automated much of their customer interface and that correspondence by email is usually on a 24 hour cycle but they're light-years ahead of the competition. I'm very happy with their service and routinely recommend them to friends.
