Responsive, efficient and true to their word. Needed pane replaced in original, crank-out casement window after bird flew into it. Called at 11:30 am and scheduled appt for 3pm same day. Shop called back 15 min later and said technician could come right over due to cancellation. Window was replaced in 45 min entirely from exterior. Tech (Ben) was courteous, fast and cleaned every tiny shard of glass up. Final bill was $10 less than fair quote. Great experience. Highly recommended!

I stopped by their showroom (more like a hole in the wall) on Saturday at 2:15. They state they are open until 3pm and even had the open sign up but alas nobody was home.
Then, to make matters worst, they state they would not want to do business with somebody that is that worked up about them not being there when they state they will be. Well, how can I trust a company to keep an appointment or their word when they are not open when they say they will be and then try to make me out to be the bad guy.
