I'm being nice by giving three stars since let Yelp has this as a not a bad rating but not a great one either. I know business has been great during COVID and this attitude of being flush with work came thru in the attitude I received when politely inquiring about frameless glass shower doors. I felt like they were put out to answer my questions. When I inquired about the time to get measurements and installation I was told 2-3 weeks just to get someone out to measure (and I'm very local) and then another 2-3 weeks on top of that to fab and install. I don't have enough space to say how much we loved working with Dandoy Glass. After our General Contractor abandoned our job leaving us with incorrectly installed storefront that was constructed from inappropriate materials, Dandoy came to the rescue. They helped us make all the necessary fixes in order to pass our inspections with ease. Their workers were prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. The price was competitive and very fair. Doug personally helped us to catalogue all of the issues with the initial installation so that we could pursue recourse in getting our money back from the initial

Tried to get a small piece of glass cut. After waiting 5 minutes for one of the two employees sitting behind the desk to acknowledge me, I was told it would be at least 2-3 days to get it cut because they 'didn't have anyone available to cut glass'. Walked out and saw several employees in the warehouse. Guess a small sale ain't worth it. Been here before a umber of times and never had this. Usually they are friendly and appreciate business. Tried another company at PCH and Walnut. Much better!!!

I feel really bad about only giving 1 start to this company. Honestly, I used them to install custom mirrors for my business a couple years ago and they were FANTASTIC. Mike did our estimate and managed our work in 2019 and he did AMAZING work. So for Mike and the installation team I would give 5 stars for sure.

Had Dandoy put together a quote for a custom piece of glass for a custom made beverage station for my office. We had a large shower door shatter over the holidays. Called Dandoy and they came over promptly and cleaned up the zillion pieces of glass and measured for a new door. A well later new door was installed and works great. Entire staff was helpful and polite, price seemed very fair as well. Would absolutely recommend Dandoy.

Hired Dandoy to install a window for our new front door, they damaged my brand new door installing the glass. I called to complain but didn't get far with their Customer Service, they admitted the installer had a difficult time but did not offer to do anything to repair the door. Very unprofessional and the installer was more concerned to finish the job before 5.

We're so happy with our frameless shower glass enclosure! We needed it for our newly remodeled guest bathroom before our big annual Easter Party and Marissa made it happen! The installers, Oscar and Gustavo, were very friendly and respectful. They came in, did a great job, and left their work area clean.
We won't hesitate to use Dandoy Glass again for our master bathroom that still needs remodeling and we'll certainly recommend them to our friends and family. A big thank you to Marissa, Oscar, and Gustavo...what a great team !!!

I could not be more thrilled with my new frameless shower and bathtub shower doors! Jose and Shalom did an excellent job installing them Friday. They also did a great job of leaving our house spotless and removed all debris from the install.
I would highly recommend Dandoy Glass for all your home glass and shower door and enclosure projects!
