I was referred to them by Fleetwood doors because they are one of two companies that service in the Los Angeles area.
We started our initial on site appointment initially in Fall 2019 and finally got around to finalizing the repair in March 2020 to replace a door handle.
Because of the world's circumstances I gave them a lot of room from then until Fall 2020 to not get back to me etc, and with enough calls and emails and pressure, I finally got an appointment. The actual day of the repairs , the tehcnician skipped some steps and broke the part that I had received for free from Fleetwood

Needed a notched piece of glass for a doggie door. In the office, Joana and Patty were very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive.
Marty and Junior showed up on time, they were professional, polite, neat and did a great job at a fair price. The fact that they were funny was a plus.

My wife and I recently had our windows upgraded to Milgard Tuscany windows and patio doors. Since we live in a place governed by an HOA, we were kind of at the mercy of whatever company was being used by the HOA. Thank goodness that the HOA did its homework and selected Tri-City Glass to work with our association! It was a great choice!

I called around several places for prices on tempered glass and they had the best prices by far. When I went to the store the people were very nice and the price was exactly as what they quoted over the phone. The glass came in on time and I was very happy. I will use them

I'd love to give this place a glowing review as they came highly recommended by a contractor, but i cant. I cant get them to keep an appointment. I've made 3 to have some doors serviced. The first they called 30 min prior and told me they couldnt make it because they were stuck on another job. I rescheduled for the next day and they no showed. i called, and they were meant to come out the following week, again no show. I understand i just need servicing and am not buying doors or windows but still, keep an appointment. Ive called 2x since the last no show, and no one has called me back

I had a decorative mirror that needed the glass replaced since it broke in pieces. Tri City Glass did a great job in repairing my mirror. It was quick too! Great to know that if you have broken mirrors, glass tables, etc., you can count on this place to replace it within a good time frame. I thought the price was reasonable as well.
