This place texted me after I called which I normally wouldn't mind. But someone who I can only assume is a 12 year old boy started texting me and giving me responses like "ok" and "sure" and took days to respond to me. I finally scheduled someone else after never getting confirmation from them. I got a text the day the cleaning was supposed to happen them asking me where the payment was and if I still wanted the cleaning. I said no I never got confirmation from them. They then argued with me over text and stated some rude comments. There are so many better, more professional

Brady is an expert in getting your rugs looking brand new. I met Brady when he first started his business - I was one of his 1st customers. One time he was on vacation and I needed a room cleaned for a renter and he wasn't available so I used another company. They stated they would get out the spot on the carpet and to my dismay they did not do a very good job. A few months passed and another renter left & the room had more stains than it did prior. Getting ready to sell my grandparents house, their floors were neglected. I was skeptical the carpets would come clean - but knew how well Brady cleaned their tile and grout in the past. He was available on short notice and far exceeded my expectations. It's such a transformation and the cost is a bargin, in my opinion.

I was surprised by this company. From the reviews here and speaking with them on the phone; I really expected a much better job. I had some worry-some dog spots and we talked about them before the cleaning. He did do a really great job on the dog spot, however, he ignored the rest of the room. My bed is about 4 -5 feet from the wall, but cannot be seen from the doorway. After the job was done and we were talking about it, I had no way of seeing that area of the room.
