I just had my carpets, couch and a large area rug cleaned by Bryan (the owner of Bloom) and I am AMAZED at how well it all came out. My couch has had years of dirt, spills, and stains and after he left they are spotless.
We had several stains (slime/putty) that he got out completely. He was quick and efficient, was flexible in doing just the high traffic areas (I could not move the big furniture nor was there a need), and went above and beyond. Without even mentioning that I was going to schedule a tile/grout cleaning after the holidays, he cleaned a sample spot for me to see how much a difference

Bryan & his coworker were very professional & punctual. Our carpets had traffic stains since they had only been cleaned by us & never professionally. There was a huge difference after they cleaned them & not to mention in a timely manner. The drying of our carpets also did not take as long as I expected, which was great considering the time of the year, being that it’s cold, making it harder for the carpets to dry. Definitely hiring them for future cleaning needs.

Bloom did an excellent job on our rental move out, cleaning the carpets. It looks great. They were very great with communicating with me when I wasn't home to make sure I approved and to let me know they were finished up. Great family business! Will definitely be using them again.

Bloom was absolutely amazing to work with from booking process to providing an excellent service. Their team was kind, listened, and very responsive. I needed to book for pet stain removal because I got a new puppy and moved into a condo with new cream carpets. While potty training her, mistakes happen lol as it goes. I wanted a pro cleaner who specialized in pets and their website proved they were up to the task. The outcome was unbelievable! My carpets are new again!! Support local. This is a great family owned business. ❤️
