DJ went above and beyond with his carpet cleaning services. Wish I had thought to take before and after pics, because WOW was there a huge difference. We recently adopted a dog and we live in an apartment, so there's been a few accidents on the carpet....along with heavy traffic areas in the unit. It was looking pretty rough and really needed some TLC. When the carpet was done being cleaned you would have thought it was brand new! Customer service was superior, communication was excellent, and DJ was punctual and polite. I highly recommend Extra Mile Floor Care for your carpet cleaning needs.

They are truly the best cleaners around for carpet, tile and upholstery. They polished my travertine and cleaned it to look better than when it was first installed.
They have a machine the removed hair and fur from my carpet that had been stuck there, even after vacuuming and from other professional cleaners.

DJ and his crew are magicians! Our carpet was..well it needed a lot of help after years of abuse from multiple dogs and teenagers. We contacted DJ and they scheduled us in quickly. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work done was way beyond what we felt they would be able to do. Will recommend and use Extra Mile in the future.

Exta Mile did a superb job not only cleaning our floors and furniture but explaining the nuances of proper cleaning for the new floor material we chose. They were very careful, organized, and collaborative. The owner has a broad background which also helped us save money on a related potential project. I had heard good things about the owner of Extra Mile Floor Care so I set up an appointment. The owner, DJ called to confirm that he was on his way since I had scheduled the second job of the day. He came with a strong guy to help him move some furniture etc. and they cleaned all of the carpeted rooms and cleaned the grout and shined up all of my tile throughout the home. I think they did about 4 steps including a pre-vacuuming and a post shampoo brushing. They said that they used only natural products so if I had any pets, there is no problem and nothing to be allergic to either.
