Horrible customer service. There goal is to lie to your face and steal your money. Robert, the sales manager lacks respect and maturity. He lied to me 3 times.. told me to bring in 1500 for my down payment and then when I get there with the money, lies again, and tells me to come back the next day as the bank is closed. All because they can't either say my credit doesn't qualify or I would need a different car. This business is only interested in your money, and not you as a customer. DO NOT BUY HERE. 2014 I was determined to get a new Impala. Benji's was my 3rd dealer that day. I was approached by Dennis (God bless the dead) and told him straight forward from start to finish what I've been through that day. He said: "That's horrible but I can guarantee that won't happen here." Long story short, it didn't, I drove off with the car I wanted, granted my credit score was bad, payments were high but it was expected. Buyer BEWARE!!!! First, no one should write a review as soon as they purchase a vehicle. Give it a little bit of time and feel out the car. This dealership uses the bait and switch tactic. All they want is your money and once you drive off the lot....forget about it. The cars they sale are horrible and the vehicle reports are not always correct. The lenders they work with are predatory. It really is a shame of how they take advantage of hard working people. When shopping for a vehicle they are your best friend and are always available. Today I walk into Benji trying to find a quote for a car I came across a sales manager Kevin Cruz not knowing I would leave here purchasing a vehicle. After a long weekend of going to different dealerships and having no luck. Someone suggested this place to me and I'm so glad they did! I was able to leave with my new 2013 Honda Civic 😍. My experience at Benji's has been pretty great. From the minute I walked in they were courteous, honest, and genuine. They are always willing to work with you and even picked me up from my home to make sure I was in the office making the final arrangements to get my car, 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
