I bought a Ferrari from this rip off of a car company. They’ve done nothing but lie to me. He said the paint was flawless when I got the car there were scratches on it. Tried to contact Pablo several times he never takes my car or returns my call. He said the car ran perfect. It runs for about 10 minutes and then it shuts off. I asked Pablo before I bought it if there is anything wrong with it. He said no. It has a clean title. Ended up taking it to a Ferrari dealership and they said it was definitely in a flood. I went to multiple car lots this morning & each one I went to gave me the run around told me I would be 100% approved but it was all lies. So I drove around & for about 15 minutes & decided to turn into elite auto sales I was greeted respectfully & at a fast rate of service Alfredo came out & told me the amount for the down payment referred me to a suv that’s fits best for me & my three kids. The process was really easy he told me he could get me in a car today & he did just that... he even helped me with getting new insurance... I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO ELITE & SEE Alfredo he’s awesome

I originally gave a good review. If I could turn back the hands of time I would! A complete rip off! A wast of my time and money! I was sold a LEMON!!!! Alfredo knew the truck had major issues but still pushed a lie that it’s “perfect”. His own co worker stated the truck was messed up two weeks after I got it and the engine light came on. Alfredo is manipulative and a compulsive lier! Lied to me and my sister in our face when we asked to speak to a supervisor. He couldn’t keep up with his lies and ended up looking crazy! They don't accept financing?! I spoke to two men over the phone. They didn't give me their names and they were completely short and in a hurry like I was annoying them. They didn't have to lie. I'm glad they were rude from the start. Definitely not the dealership I would have loved to build long term.

Called to inquire about an ad they had in Denver. Edgar told me my question was 'stupid'. I explained I had not purchased a restored vehicle before. When I asked how pricing works, rather than answer my question, he told me again my question was stupid and the answer obvious and then hung up on me.

They over charged me. My down payment didn't go towards my car when I called my financial institution about my loan and how much I pulled out it was the total price for the car. They stole from me. They lied to me. I was suppose to get my license plate in the mail when I called that I didn't receive it they said I needed to pay $450 for them to send it since they didn't charge me for it even though they said I was suppose to get it in the mail. They charged me another $1000 on top of the down payment I gave them. I'm guessing it was my mistake for not being more careful. First
