I don't usually take the time to write bad reviews but the treatment I received here has left me in complete shock.
I have had my Alfa Romeo serviced here before and I trusted that they would provide great service and parts, being that they pride themselves on being a "luxury car dealership". I had to wait three weeks for an appointment here, which is normal, as they are very busy usually. I came in on Monday the 25th, after those three weeks of being car-less. They didn't contact me until the following Thursday, with no update because no one even looked at my car. They promised

The best $1000.00 I have ever spent on BS repairs. Lesson learned! Just wanted to get the work completed fast and easy. Again lesson learned! Thanks! But, really do not do any favors on work-craft. There will be no second chances. Taking advantage of a situation?

Beautiful shop but very poor salesmanship and customer service. Shopping for a car and visited this dealer and could not get the attention of a salesperson. When finally after waiting a long time he said he was busy but we gave him our phone number and what we were looking for (Audi) he said he would call with numbers. He never did and we left messages again and nothing !! We went to Volvo instead and are super pleased.

The Collection , is NOT a "luxury car" dealer anymore !
Third time I have an awful service experience with my Ferrari.
Regrettably I have to express my disappointment on the (dis)service I received : on Jul 19 I brought in my 17 California for a gear box malfunction ; after 4 days , several phone calls , no loaner and , $2,381.62 invoice , Ive got my car back but , the problem was not resolved , just mitigated.
Next day , Ive addressed the problem with your ASM Mr. Davidian and , also via email (no response).
Mr. Davidian set me an appointment for Monday at 09;00am (6 days , first available

Consumers be aware! Saturday, June 12 contacted to buy a Range Rover for $101,000 either cash or a trade-in. Expressed wanted to do that day or early Monday. Gave photos, VIN, details of the trade, deal with Leo Visconti advising awaiting manager from an appraisal. Chased all day till 3 pm advised closed. Tried all day Monday could not reach Leo, then called the main line, dealt with a different agent who then called back saying I have to deal Leo. The worst customer service ever! Your car will be returned in the same or worse condition as the day you took it for service. If they can not charge you for anything they will flat out NOT fix anything that's under warranty. I will never buy a car from them again. BEWARE!!

I wouldn't come here for service. I don't know how the dealership is but I was very unsatisfied with the servicing Dept. I received 3 different quotes, from 9k, to $5400 to then $4200. Every time I was told there was a mistake done. I took my car elsewhere and I only paid $1500. The 2 stars is because I did think Jennifer was very professional and had good communication with me. Also, when you arrive, you're greeted right away & the customer service is pretty good. They also arranged for a Lyft that arrived quickly and took me home free of charge. But to trust your mechanic,

Very expensive dealership, they are very good at selling you an overpriced car but after that , they don't respond to calls, they are definitely substandard. I was expecting a good experience but they have made so many mistakes and problems that I will never deal with them again.

I just contacted my attorney. The Porsche sales manager, Jose Yunen, agreed to contract terms which they have breached. Their correspondence is filled with lies and misrepresentations.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for the full story, I promise you will not do business with them if you read the emails they sent me--and I will happily share them.
I simply have too much damaging info to include in this post, and I am furious.

If I could do no stars I would . After hearing complaints from friends and seeing various other issues and knowing what goes on I'll say this. It's sketchy they have trouble with loner cars and most loner cars get sold and have had people and friends complain to me about poor scratch repair or not knowing one has been damaged. A lot of disrespect and short patience because the service advisors and everyone working on commission just wants to get paid and sees customers as dumb and money bags.

Zero stars if that was an option.

I was having a/c issues in my Maserati quatroporte, I went to a mechanic, got a quote in 20 min of $1500. I decided to go to the collection for a 2nd opinion & see if I can get a better quote, since I usually bring my car there. First they told me that the other mechanic was wrong & it was something else & minor, it would only be $567. I was happy I came here to the collection for a second opinion, now I'll be saving money, or so I thought.

My a/c worked for a week & I had to go back, a total of 4 times, the first 3 I did not get a loaner

We own an Audi Q5 that we leased from these folks, presently in its third year, and have had such a poor experience with the service department here. We've actually performed all of the service for the vehicle at The Collection, and any rattling or squeak issues, have never been fixed correctly the first time. We've had to take the vehicle back in again and again in order to get it fixed right. The last time, they had our vehicle for a whole month because they didn't know how to fix a squeaky steering wheel--that's just shocking, and a huge hassle.

We went this past Saturday to this prestigious care dealership for an event they had called; Rise and Drive.

It was early morning and we got to see the cars they sell in here, from amazing and luxurious brands like; Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, and so much more.

The service and organization of this event were formidable.

I went to service my Porsche 718 about 6 month ago, the check in process was fast and smooth, Marcos Rodriguez is a very profesional guy. After waiting around 4 hours because they didn't had a loaner I took my car home with the exact same issues I came in. The tires pressure doesn't have a faithful reading and the exhaust sound isn't working when you press the bottom.

I received a phone call to see how my visit went and I explained that everything still the same, I was told to take the car inn again, I talked to Marcos but never got the appointment with a loaner.

I missed an opportunity to go to The Collection a month or so ago for a Yelp event. Fortunately for me, they had another event going on, the Sportscar Together event, and while it wasn't a Yelp event, it had the wonderful caliber of it and then some.

The event had a lot of food available. They had alcohol, desserts, and even a food truck. Not to mention that the event had a photo booth where you could take photos with or without props, and speaking of the photo booth, they even had an attendant on sight. That was awesome.

As far as the event goes, it was massive and full of so many things
