A man named Fernando greeted me at the door to help me find my next car. I told him I had horrible insurance. And just out of kindness not even trying to sell me a car. He made a phone call to a friend and helped get me different insurance. That’s saved me hundreds of dollars a month. After that he wasn’t pushy he just listened to what I wanted for a vehicle and found me the perfect car. I can’t help but smile every time I get in my new car. This place is.advertizing cars and prices that DO not exist. Called about a car and told it was there and arrived was told it was sold. Had others advertized at 11999. There were NONE at this price on the lot...FALSE ADVERTISING IS A POOR EXCUSE for bait and switch.

I don't even know where to begin. I chose this dealership because of the positive reviews they received and they were part of the top 10 dealerships to get a great used car from. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Tucson with great mileage in late July, it's October and I already had to replace the headlights, change the tires, got an alignment, get an oil change, changed the air and engine filter, and now I'm currently sitting waiting for roadside assistance because my battery died and that's another thing I have to change tomorrow. I just really want to thank Ferco Motors for working so hard to try to get me into a vehicle. Alex and his counterpart were very professional. They were very kind and sweet to my request. I wish I could give ZERO stars . These people like the typical shady small car dealer /salesman are full of it. They will blatantly lie to you on the phone about their inventory and car condition. I spoke and text "Nicholas" multiple times and an hour before going in about a few cars they had listed for sale and with clean titles, needless to say after driving almost an hour 1 way the car wasn't there. When I got there, I was told that the cars I inquired about didn't exist and the cars they did have was rebuilt titles. Needless to say I was pissed and had a few choice words

The worst experience Alex has very bad customer service skills. He shouldn't be handling customer. They lure non English speakers customers into signing contracts without explaining the terms and conditions or clarifying doubts. My family member had the worst experience, the car was broken the day after we took it the dealer. Alex told me he was going to help me finance the car with Bank of America. 👀 behind my back he NEVER TOLD ME THE BANK DID MOT APPROVED ME, SO THEY DID NOT INFORMED ME that the bank was going to be a ghost one. Hey!! Come one. You charge $800 dealer fee and $600 documentation fee = $1400 total for a car?? That's ridiculous man!
I was looking at their 2014 Toyota Sienna. I talked with the sales manager, he gave me the out-of-the door price which is $3000 more than the price. I was astound. Then the told me that they have a $1400 hidden fee and other fees. This is the 8th month and they still could not sell it - why? because of these scamming techniques.

2 Months Ago I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Tried taking my vehicle in to Nissan for a routine maintenance & was told that the vin plate on the drivers side windshield had been removed & the sticker on the drivers side had also been removed. When I tried reaching the dealer & advised them they said that it could of been the car had been stolen & they had to change the vin for that reason. Yet, when the vehicle was being sold the carfax did not state anything about the car being stolen nor did they disclose that the vehicle had been stolen. Personally I think this is

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are all about the sale and not honest about their transactions. I would never recommend them and wish I could give them a negative rating. They called me the next day after getting the vehicle asking if I want a vehicle and calling me John. My name is not John and didn't even realize who I was until I said my name. This is a horrible lying dealer. He puts ads on Craigslist listing the cars as owner meaning not a dealer then baits and switches when you get there. I have reported him to Craigslist and to the Harris County District Attorney as this business is basically stealing / theft of services from Craigslist. Stay clear of this thief!!

I had never even considered purchasing a used car- but everyone I know says it's stupid to buy a new car or lease. Ferco was highly recommended to me by a friend- they have a large selection which changes daily from inexpensive cars to mint Rolls Royces and Bentleys.
Jorge helped navigate my purchase with full disclosure and no pressure. And once the sale was completed he has continued to help me with minor maintenance issues and questions. He even helped me get my wife's SUV

I have never had a horrible experience as much as I did with this place. If i could give negative 3 million I would. I bought a used car from there. It was a honda civic 2008. The only problem RAFAEL said it had was the starter. He assured me that they went to buy a BRAND NEW starter from the honda dealership to replace it before I received the car. LIES. If I can give a negative 1000 I would . They are very sketchy and crooks. Do not I repeat do not buy any car from these people . The guy promised the car would be running fine once they changed the starter and do an oil change . Turns out we drive it out the next day for it to not start at all that night.
