Our RV was parked at their facility and the Cadillac converter was stolen at their property. Just cut out from the vehicle. Robert the manager was not helpful at all. The way he reacted made us feel he knew something about it. I had to request for him to download the cameras footage to send to the police. He never did. I requested his manager to call me, Mary Joe, but she never called back either. The customer service is terrible!

I always have a great experience when I come here. I feel safe going to my storage unit. They keep hand sanitizer by the elevator. When you speak with the people who work inside the office, they are always pleasant.

Van Rental - Called to inquire about a van rental for same day pickup on a Saturday afternoon. Answered phone on the first attempt and connected to a live person. Rental process was very quick and vehicle ran well from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is always so kind and reliable. I needed to rent a uhaul and a storage unit for my move from Ohio and the process was quick and easy. I personally have had a great experience here. It's clean and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful to us. We got an indoor climate controlled unit and got a great price. I come by often and haven't had a problem with them or my unit.
