As long time business owners, military veterans, law enforcement veterans and firefighters, we have a strong love of country and our local community. Bob Jones was raised in Colorado. He worked as a police officer while earning a bachelors degree in Mathematics. After graduating from college, Bob went on active duty in the U.S. Air Force where he served as an instructor pilot and an aerospace physiologist.

The Reservation Deposit is the deposit amount needed to reserve a unit and the full amount will be credited back on the first rental invoice.

A lot of storage options in the Alexandria, VA area but after a good deal of shopping I found the winning team @ Telegraph Self Storage. They made move-in simple, worked with me to make sure my movers had access to the unit even though I wasn't around, and then kept good communications with me throughout my 5 months renting a unit.
When time came for me to close out the unit, Dennis was flexible regarding a dresser I could not move and I offered to them rather than trashing it or continuing to pay for storage. Dennis found a friend who took the item at no hassle to me.

I've rented from Telegraph Self Storage for several years now and have nothing but good things to say. The facilities are pristine and well maintained. The staff is accommodating and extremely helpful (Sandy rocks!!). Pricing is competitive and, perhaps most important, the entire premises feels secure–especially evident by the numerous video cameras strategically placed throughout. If you're looking for a place to store your belongings, look no further.

Quite simply the best storage unit company you will find. I have dealt with several different companies, but none more fair and reasonable to deal with than Telegraph Storage. One of my favorite things is there are no hidden fees and when you are ready to move out, they make it extremely easy!

Excellent facility with very helpful staff. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was helpful, reasonable, and met my specific needs without trying to up-sell anything. The storage unit was easy to access, very reasonably priced, and the surrounding area (parking area and other storage units) were clean and in great condition. Additionally, billing and clearing were extremely simple.
