The are great at what they do but if you call at about noon it seem they always wait to show up late so you have to pay extra after hours rates.

they installed a water heater at my property. The next evening resident called and said no hot water. I called h20 to ask them to go out, and never got a return phone call from the on-call tech. Very hardly will I be using them anymore!!!!!!!!!

They came out to the property I manage quite quickly and it was after hours-found what the issue was. Thank you.

These scums are running a loud compressor at midnight on a workweek in a residential neighborhood. They have woken up me and my children. The police have been called! Do not use these inconsiderate people.

I called this company for the hydro jet . They were very courteous and helpful. The response time for a jet was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hydro jet.

Laurie Souhrada and Jennie are the worst apartment helpers Ive ever had the experience dealing with. Since 3 months ago when I moved in, my apartment has developed 3 major water leak problems and Lorie is adamant about not calling a professional plumber or contractor to take a look at them. One leak in the master bath is so bad that the whole bedroom sub-floor above me is shot, and now I have to wake up at 5am everyday because that's when my neighbor above me wakes up and gets ready, and the noise he makes wakes me up every morning.
