When you call us you can rest assured you will receive quality service at a reasonable price. On 3/9 my husband attempted to put our "new" dishwasher in. Before we knew it we had a hot water gusher going in our kitchen that we could not stop. We called our usual plumber and he could not come for two days.
So we looked online and called Pro-Service and spoke to Kelly. She listened and while she was locating someone to come help us she gave us advice on shutting down the gusher. She sent Tommy and kept us updated as to his timing which was very quick! He shut down the gusher and replace the broken valve so we asked him to come back and install the dishwasher.
On 3/10 he returned and installed the dishwasher which was defective and showed us problem areas. He was quick and efficient and the price for both repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and its employees. I have already recommended them to my friends. Jeromie replaced our water heaters a week ago.

I had a leaky sink and toilet. The sink leak cause a lot of water damage, so I was in a rush to get it fixed. I made an appointment with another plumber two days in a row, both resulting in him not showing up. I called Pro Service, got an appointment for for 2 days later, and got my plumbing problems fixed.

One night shortly after purchasing our home, we were using the kitchen sink when the hallway toilet started overflowing. Being new to the state, we didn’t have a trusted plumber to reach out to. This is a great company. They are responsive when scheduling and on time for the service call. Quality work by excellent plumbers. No upsell on the repair of our slow filling toilet. Just needed a small replacement part and not a complete fill kit. Highly recommend.

Of course, emergencies happen on weekends — and holiday weekends at that! I called Pro-Service to ask them to diagnose and check my water heaters that stopped working during the giant storm. They are obviously incredibly busy and booked for weeks repairing pipes. However, the owner called me personally using Facetime, waited while I climbed up into my roof space and then walked me through some diagnostics to check my water heaters and make sure they were up and functioning correctly and with the correct settings. What amazing service. I highly recommend Pro-Service Plumbing and will definitely be using them for every plumbing need going forward. Professional, friendly
