Carlos and his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We needed to have our upstairs bathroom redone. He was done in 2 weeks from start to finish even during a snowstorm. It looks beautiful. They were always on time, extremely clean and quiet. They protected our stairway, our front porch and even out walkway when they were in and out of the house. We have more work to do over the course of the next few years and will be using them again. I will recommend them over and over again!

Their customer service skills are deplorable. Prices that are quoted end up being much higher when they issue additional work orders. Contractors are not honest and can be downright disrespectful when you challenge them with products used or prices. The timeline of our project was delayed due to them taking on other projects and being constantly absent.
One thing is for sure, we will never use this company for any of our future projects.

We recently had our house completely remodeled. The project consisted of a full dormer with a master bathroom w/walk-in closet, master bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. From the beginning to the end, Carlos and Susana were excellent. They are both knowledgable and extremely professional. They guided us thru the whole process and made sure that the project ran as smoothly as possible. There were some "hiccups" (not NTICE's fault) and even then, they made the best of the situation and managed thru. I recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. The NTICE company delivered on all expectations and did an exceptional job balancing budget and exceptional workmanship. One bathroom remodel turned into another bathroom remodel and then an entryway remodel. No home improvement goes 100% as planned and Carlos and his team did an excellent job navigating those obstacles within budget and on time. I would and have recommended this company to anyone that is looking for an exceptional company to complete their home improvement projects.

My husband and I chose NTICE to finish our unfinished basement. Carlos was nothing but friendly and professional from the very beginning. We shopped around and got estimates from three other contractors, and Carlos’ price and design couldn’t be beat. His wife, Susan, handles all of the appointment making and she was wonderful to work with also.
Carlos estimated it would take about 8 weeks from start to finish. Our basement needed to be completely demolished, redesigned, and a bathroom was added. He drew up a design layout that was better than we could have ever imagined. He made the basement

Superb Customer Service, Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Specializes in Kitchen and Bathroom, to full home renovations. they recently remodeled my mothers bathroom (I Currently don't live there but) it is the best bathroom in the house. Without causing too much trouble i sneak in there for a shower whenever possible.
Cannot express how grateful I am of how they treated my parents, pricing was reasonably, worked within my budget, and allowed my mother to spend more on her dream sink.

My husband and I finally decided to re do our bathroom. I had been dreaming it and knew exactly what and how I wanted it to look like. NTICE Design sat down with us, listen to what we wanted and they made it even better than what we imagined! They were fast, efficient and very professional.
