Our heater was not blowing so we called jps & they were out here within the hour and had our furnace blowing heat within like 10 minutes! The men were very nice & professional and did not over charge us ! Definitely recommend!

I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents. They paid cash for a new furnace and a/c unit 10/18. They have had problems ever since.
The the furnace leaked all over the basement requiring the sub floor to be torn up so the floor could dry out. They sent a technician to fix the problem. I think initially there wasn't a pipe connected..then when the technician connected the pipe it was done wrong and the floor was soaked again..once again requiring the subflooring to be removed so the floor could dry. There was also a PVC pipe in the rafters that they used A CAN OF CAT FOOD to support. A CAN OF

I called them to schedule an appointment, and in less than two hours they where at my front door. Ben was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I was happy with the price too. I did not feel like JPS overcharged me the way other companies do. I am glad I called them!
