I was given this company’s information by my warranty company and I would NOT recommend them whatsoever. I opened my warranty claim with them in July of 2020 and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Theyve sent two different techs both of which did not understand or know the problem with my appliance. Theyve ordered multiple parts then fall off the face of the earth and don’t reply about the status of the part, continue to blame their techs, take zero accountability in their process, the part issue and frankly I just don’t think they care. I just called another warranty company here

We placed a call for appliance service on our 13 year old electric dryer.
The service tech arrived on time and repaired our squeaky dryer within an hour. Thanks to Brandon for the great work he did on a relatively minor problem. Jackson responded promptly to our request for service and got us scheduled for a next-day appointment. Great work, great company!

I called Jackson Home Appliance and asked what the charge was for their service fee. I was told $65 and the hourly labor rate was $100($25 per 15 min) I called and made the appointment on a Monday. I was told my appointment was made for THE NEXT DAY. I called on Tuesday to ask about why I hadn't gotten a call to schedule a time and was told that my appointment was set for Wednesday. The technician came to my home to look at my microwave. The only thing the technician did was listen to the sound the microwave was making and look up on his phone the cost of the part. I was charged the service fee

Do not use this company!! Our dryer broke, but it was under an extended warranty, and Jackson was the company that came out to fix it. They had to install a new heating element. Fast forward THREE MONTHS and the heating element is once again broken. Since then, our extended warranty has expired AND Jackson advised us that the part they installed is only guaranteed for 90 days, meaning any fix will now be out of pocket. Crappy service and obviously crappy parts they use to “fix” your appliance.
