Q: My natural stone is polished. Does this mean it's sealed? No, it is advisable to seal all natural stone and to reapply sealer according to product directions every 1-3 years. Q: How can I have as few seams as possible? On average, Granite slabs are 110" x 66". In some cases 120 slabs are also available.

We had a great experience with Luxor Tile and Stone! They helped us pick out a piece of quartz for replacing the vanity top in our bathroom. Price was very reasonable, and the installers were professional and did great work. We are very pleased with the job and how it turned out. (They even came back to fix - re-polish - a small spot on the side of the sink cutout after installation that we did not catch initially.)

If I could give lower, I would. They have lied to us repeatedly, have horrible customer service, and played games with our pricing. I understand from our contractor that this is happening too frequently and they will probably drop them as a vendor.Update on my review: After reading this the owner cancelled our order in the middle of our project. They had templated and were going to install. She called our contractor and said they would not do the work. She just verified my opinion of her store and poor business practices. The installers may be great, but I'll never know . I just know the owner

Please do not waste your time! This place does not deserve your time or money. I had granite counter tops installed in my kitchen by Luxor tile and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. They sent someone to measure who lied that we told him that we didn't want to keep our current back splash. The installer left an unreasonable gap between our back splash and counter. Owner's wife was so rude and condescending over the phone and wouldn't even apologize or admit to any wrong doing. That's not all, they did not even seal the granite. Who installs granite

I generally don't write a review and right off top give 5 stars. Some people might be bothered by a smaller showroom, less staff, etc., but a small amount of patience paid off in not paying the cost in my product. I came to Luxor with my sister who lives out of town in the Northeast. She sells and renovates high end ($million plus) homes, and I did not know where to start in picking out granite/tile to replace what I have. They had a very nice selection outside that we were able to spend time looking at. Brittany was the only staff, and was busy helping someone, but once she could help

We worked with Luxor when remodeling our kitchen. The team was excellent to work with!! They were attentive, very flexible and did everything exactly as promised. Both Brit and Kaleigh were awesome!! They were patient as we asked lots of questions and changed our minds on various decisions. Luxor has a great selection, competitive pricing and a stellar staff. Horrible service. No one greeted me when I walked. The clerk came over to speak with me eventually and proceeded to clean her show room as she talked to me. I had to follow her as she spoke. She had no suggestions to assist me with choosing. She was short and was hesitant to give me any information. I had to pry. Felt like I was begging to be served. She was very cordial to the clients before me so I know it was me. I am not sure this business is used to seeing black customers. I certainly felt cold treatment and did not feel the wanted my business. Additionally she did not offer a business card
