Came here with my contractor. Guy at the desk pretty much ignores us until my contractor shows interest in the 2k tile cutter. Come to find out later, guy at the desk is the owner. I buy some schluter trim and ask for a different style that they’re out of. Guy says he can have it overnighted, I say great ring me up. I get home and realize something seems off about the total. I call and talk to guy, he says yeah I charged you $70 for overnight shipping. Well guy it would’ve been nice if you had mentioned that would be the case at the store. Guy says I should’ve know and doesn’t offer anything

When I renovated my master bathroom 5 years ago, Tile House was the first place I went based on recommendations from my contractor. Cindy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things tile. Since this was my first reno, I felt like I needed to visit multiple tile stores. After visiting a number of other stores and bringing many samples home, I ended up choosing the very first tile that Cindy showed me and still love it to this day. Fast forward 5 years and I am now renovating my kitchen and went back to Tile House for backsplash tile. Cindy is still there and remembered me! Unfortunately

I bought tile from Tile House and had it shipped across the country at a great expense. It arrived so poorly packed that many of the tiles were broken. I ordered several square feet beyond what I needed and now I needed additional tile to finish my project. Cindy told me she would send replacement tiles, but had to find a box to fit them. Apparently they don’t make boxes that fit because she never sent the tile. I contacted her multiple time and each time she apologized and said she would get it done. Never happened. I finally just told her to forget it and refund my money for the broken tile

I love this business!! It is a local well worth supporting with your purchase. They have excellent, unique and on-trend options, in many shapes and colors, with very decent prices with wonderfully personable staff, even letting you check out samples to bring home and see how things will look in your space. I've visited this modest showroom so many times in the past two months that we are on a first name basis. Its a place where you can dig around and think through your selections without being rushed. Cindy has been incredibly attentive and helped order samples or make recommendations. I don't think she's a designer, but she knows everything about their inventory and product lines. Pricing is fair and product quality of the items we plan to purchase this year exceed big box options. Make sure you visit here!

I can not say enough about Charlie and his local support and service to the local community of tile installers. He has the right products for the right price and can get you out and on your way. The selections of tile are comparable and you can find great deals on common selections.

Charlie helped me figure out the proper way to install tile on a huge deck. Not as simple as you think if you want it to last. His patience through my multiple phone calls was much appreciated. He knows his products and stocks many brands for all your needs. I'm a contractor of 25 years and have used many tile supply houses. Charlie will find what product fits your need instead of pushing any certain brand or line. Thanks to him and James for their help. I recommend any pro installer or first time dyi homeowner to visit their shop. They are awesome!

I have worked with Cindy for two renovations that I did and was completely impressed both with the customer service and the products that they offer. Cindy will sit down and be patient and oh so kind as you waffle and knash your teeth trying to make up your mind on color and product selection. As my very experienced artist of a tile installer was doing the job, he remarked that the tile was beautifully detailed and manufactured plus that quality enabled him to install it with narrower joints. I'm an interior designer that moved here recently from Los Angeles, and was referred to Tile House of Marietta from my tile contractor. So glad he did, this is a hidden gem close to Atlanta. Great tile store, all around. As other reviewers have noted, Cindy is the best-she is pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful; she's every shopper's dream for customer service. She'll even give you advice about the size of the grout line for your project, the type of grout you should use, and the layout of the tile-she knows what she's doing, and she's got some good ideas.

I had a wonderful experience at The Tile House Of Marietta. The selection and pricing was the best I saw (I did a lot of shopping before making my purchase). The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to use her expertise to help me select the perfect tiles to accomplish "the look" I was going for. When I found out this is a family owned and operated business I was even happier with my decision to buy my tile here and will be back for my next project.

Cindy is an amazing employee and designer. I met her one time for one order through my contractor, yet she remembered my name months later when I walked through the door for a different concern. She even let me check out a tile board for an order that my builder placed separate from Tile House to authenticate the correct tile was installed! She offers excellent customer service not normally encountered these days!

Our experience with the Tile House of Marietta was mostly good. Cindy offered good customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the products and there were no unnecessary delays because of them (UPS delivered broken tile, but the Tile House was on top of things). +1 star

Our contractor who was finishing our basement advised us to go here for Tile. We had to come here multiple time and regret giving them our business. Under-staffed and poor customer service is the best way to describe them. Prices are no different then others so I am not sure what the advantage of coming here is.
