Please know that this is not a steam cleaning company. They spray a chemical that only “breaks down” the dirt. So bad job on my end for not reading thoroughly, hopefully this helps someone else.
They earned the 2 stars because of the 1 small foot tracking stain were cleaned properly and the guys who did the job were very nice and professional. It wasn’t much to clean honestly as I’m a single woman with a small chihuahua and no visitors other than clean the pet smell and stains. Simply all that I requested. Was wonderful working with Heather to have the services scheduled. She fit me in right away and even called to confirm the services the night before even though we spoke that morning. Whenever I called and had a question she always answered the phone I didn’t have to deal with voicemails and waiting for a call back. Tyler was the technician that did the cleaning for me. I have a couch and a chair that my dogs love to lay in that was in desperate need of some cleaning. Tyler was able to clean it up quickly and nicely for me. He was very professional and friendly. We used Southside ChemDry to do a deep cleaning on our upholstered dining room chairs. We thought after years of kids eating on them they would not be salvageable. The team showed up on time and provided excellent service. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the chairs look brand new! I thoroughly enjoyed using Southside Chem-Dry. I used their services in late October 2020 just before I gave birth and my upholstery still looks, smells and feels fantastic even today (March 2021) after grandparent visits and the entire house being home for holidays and virtual learning.

Premier Carpet Cleaning service in Hampton Roads. I have utilized Southsides services 5 times and each time the produced a high quality cleaning job. After utilizing 2 other cleaning services, I basically had given up hope on finding a decent carpet cleaning services. Southside is as advertised!! This company is amazing. I did my best to get everything moved for them to be able to clean the carpets... The techs that came out helped move everything else so I was able to get a thorough clean on my carpets! My couches have been disrespected for so long by my children and adults and they made them look like new again! Dry time is minimal and they are always so nice and helpful! Will definitely be using them again.
