Ugplay Service Inc. was founded in 2000 in Norfolk Virginia by James Melton. He operated a successful Cleaning Service for eight years under the Name (Services of Tidewater) until he sold it in 2008. In 2008 he was recruited to work for one of the top ten largest consultant cleaning companies in the United States called G.C.A.
Ugplay Service Inc. is a company that offers several services under one roof. We offer Janitorial Services and Construction Cleaning Services. We offer solutions to companies that are having problems in the services that we specialize in. We are a Small Minority Company with (SWaM) Small Woman and Minority Business; and a (DBE) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certified by the Small Business Administration under its belt.
A number of construction companies depend on Ugplay Service Inc. everyday to enhance their business presence and provide clean and healthy construction sites. We do not utilize temporary laborers to perform a job. Everyone employed by Ugplay Service Inc. works directly for the company and we do not subcontract any of our jobs.

Hot water extraction or steam cleaning, the carpet is first pre-conditioned with a chemical reagent that liquefies soils and oil-based substances which may be present in the carpet fibers. Water is heated to a temperature near its boiling point and pressurized, then injected into the carpet. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the solution is extracted with a vacuum.

Where do I start ???? I would of gave them a -0 if it was an option . For the few months I have worked with them as a subcontractor they were a big headache. You could not ask questions with out them getting upset & out of character. We were talked about like dogs behind our backs . A month into our contract & a former employee told us that their plan was to get rid of us before I contract was even up . The owner of this company James Melton thought he can talk to me any kind of way and that was not going to fly with me I always had to hang up the phone he would talk over me , and before I argue

I worked for this company for only 6 months when the agreed contract was suppose to be a year. They are rude and very unprofessional. I have all valuable proof to provide if needed. They argue with they’re workers and don’t like to let you get your point across to them. I would not recommend anyone to work with these people. On the last day of meeting to receive our last payout. We also over heard the owner James Melton arguing with another worker of his as well. They’re simply bad for business. My honest rating is 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
