Chattanooga Exteriors replaced my pine decking and handrail with new Trex Transcend decking and aluminum handrail on my back deck and side porch as well as under-decking to dry-in the patio below.
They were great to work with during the project. We worked with the sales team to decide on exactly what we wanted and then worked with their project manager to schedule the project. The construction team was very responsive to my requests as they installed everything and their project leadership team checked on the progress almost daily.

From start to finish Brian Saraney stayed in communication with us about our project. I’m a stickler about details Chattanooga Exteriors is as well. We are very happy we chose this team to do our deck railing it turned out fantastic. I was losing faith in contractors in general, Chattanooga Exteriors has restored that. Chattanooga Exteriors was awesome from beginning to end. I started with James Berry who walked me through the process and explained every question I had. He was great. I never felt pressured to hurry up and make up my mind. James checked in often just to see if I was happy and to let me know when the process would begin. Once the project started (I was nervous to have my house invaded) I got to work with the project manager Heath Scott and Andrew. I can not say enough good things about these guys. They were amazing and such a delight and professional. Jose and Spiedy and their crews were outstanding

Chattanooga Exteriors did an excellent job on our remodeling job. Old siding was replaced with James Hardie siding. Complete window replacement, which means completely removing the old windows down to the original framing. Big job. However the crew showed up on time and the whole process, while
Involved, was not as disruptive as we had imagined.
Project was delayed due to COVID19 problems, once started the job was completed in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Chattanooga Exteriors. Great show room for all of their products used in the remodel.
