I don't normally do reviews but Window World of Chattanooga gets a 5 star in my book. I came from a family of six brothers and my dad was a lifelong contractor. I have worked in the building industry all my life and have installed hundreds of vinyl windows myself so I Know quality customer service and craftsmanship when I see it. The reason I didn't do them myself is I am 70 years old and time to let someone else do the work. Window World did everything they said they would do and more. Our windows were scheduled to be installed on 11/16/2021, but the installer had vehicle problems and canceled. Window World found an installer that would install the next day. The install went well and they were finishing up just after three in the afternoon when one of the workers pointed out some adhesive that got on the wall inside the opening of my kitchen window. He explained that it would be best to wait until the caulking dried before I cleaned it off. I asked weren’t they going to clean it and he said that I could use lacquer thinner but to be careful not to damage the paint. He was not

Window World just completed 13 windows for us. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the windows and the installation and price. Christian and his partner arrived on time, as promised and did a great job, above and beyond my expectations. We wanted a smaller window in a bedroom than was there and they managed to rebuild the wall perfectly! great skill levels shown throughout.

Very happy with the windows and with the installation. Martin did a great job and worked diligently to get the windows installed. He had an eye for detail and seemed to take pride in doing a good job. The results are great, improving the look of our house and will, no doubt, help reduce our heating bill. I would use Window World again. They were recommended to me by people I know and our results are above expectations.

Eric Anderson, the owner of Window World went over and beyond to make sure the process of installing new windows in our home went smoothly. He also took the extra time to ensure replacing 9 feet exterior doors were done properly giving our house a more updated look. I am extremely happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend his company to anyone in the market for windows. This is the 5th time that I have used Window World and each and every time his sales people, installers, and office staff have all been very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

We had windows installed about a month ago and we love them! Due to the pandemic, it look about 4 months to get them in but Window World was so easy to work with! As soon as the windows arrived, Window World was able to schedule installation right away! They made sure every thing was cleaned up and the old windows were hauled off once the job was finished! We were very pleased with Window World and would recommend them for all your window needs!

We had windows installed on July 5, 2021. We decided on Window World because we used them in the past and were happy with the outcome. This time however has left us disappointed. Although we do like the windows and the cost was reasonable, we gave 2 stars based on the installation. Although it was very speedy, I feel like the quality was lacking. We were left with quite a bit of damage to our window trim. I addressed concern to the installer and to the the person on the follow up call. The installer tried to caulk the windows the best that he could, but caulk can only go so far. Apparently it is

Placed our order in April this year and expected a long wait time due to covid.
Finally got instant last week and the installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all trash and old windows.
The windows are perfect! Could not be happier with the quality of the product and the installation! Very fair price and easy financing if you need it.

So far, so good.Had a leak in a couple of windows after 8 years. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I was notified a little later about the arrival date of the replacements. I plan to sell the house, so I asked for a copy of the transferable warranty, so they emailed it to me. I wish everything in life was this transparent and easy. Thanks!
