Signal Gates

Asked for an estimate on my electric gate repair. Had a push button remote bell on the gate with a sign stating"ring". Instead of ringing, the repairman came real early, left a phone message, proceeded to work on the gate without ringing bell or giving an estimate. Replaced a battery but continued working on parts that I wouldn't have asked for if I had an estimate. Now I'm faced with a bill twice the price I wanted. It hurts when your on a fixed income.

I absolutely LOVE Signal Gates!! I have been a customer for approximately 10 years- ever since I purchased an automatic gate opener & supplies from them. Every time I need a new or additional remote they always set it for me and are very helpful with any questions/concerns I have. I highly recommend them !!!!!!

Larry and Signal Gates team are great. I have used them exclusively to service my 30 yr old drive gate system. It's still going strong. They will upgrade to a new one when it finally wares out!

If your a contractor or homeowner give them a try! Good service and knowledgeable people for all your automated gate needs.

After three attempts to fix our gate and over $500 in repairs, the problem seemed to be a bad 9V battery. I was not impressed with the fact that they could not fix the gate in one visit and charged $110 just to come out and look each time. This in addition to the cost of repairs, which now seem questionable. I don't mind paying for a repair, however, when it takes three visits and I am charged each time, I question their business practices. We will not use them in the future.

I bought a really old home in the barrio with a solar gate wasn’t working. We called several places to help but either the cost was prohibitive or they just declined to help. Signal Gates fixed it right away for a very reasonable cost. Love these guys!

They deserve 10 stars!!! We have been a customer of Signal Gates since 1998 and even back then their customer service and quality products won us over. HORRIBLE Customer service with a lady at 4:55 p.m. on 05/01/17. I paid for 2 extra remotes for my gated community and I was told when I ordered them that they would contact my HOA to get authority to issue them. I was notified the remotes were ready the next day and I went and paid $80. That was on 03/17/17. I was told they would be ready to work. That lead me to believe everything was fine. Our gate for our gated community was broken for the longest time (like it often is) and so I didn't think much when the remotes didn't work. The HOA actually replaced the key entry to our gated

Brenda (she sits at the front desk) is not very helpful. In fact, she attempts to get one to purchase things not needed (she informed me that I had to purchase a new keypad). I knew that she was incorrect. All I needed was a new cover.

Luckily, Ken was working and fixed the problem without making me purchase a new unit. He is great at what he does, and is honest. I rate him a 5 out of 5.

So glad my husband and I found them! Larry was fantastic, service was above and beyond. This company really is first class - I even received a follow up call. Found out from talking to a friend they've been in business for over 18 years. If you want quality service - make the call!

They installed a solar gate last year. Last week, for the fifth time we had to dismantle it to get out of our driveway. We frequently have gotten calls from suppliers who can't get in and at first thought they weren't using it right -now we know it's not their mistake. Signal Gates usually manages to come out a few days after we call then, then charge us to replace one thing or another, such as a remote that works from more than ten feet, a battery, another battery, etc.

And then the gate won't work a month later and we have to dismantle it to get out of the driveway, because
