Creative and artistic metal sculpture, including fountains, wall art and handails give you an exciting additional design element for your living space. Samples of our work can be seen in our display area located at The Garden Gate Design Center on Oracle Road. If you can imagine it, we can build it!
Johansen Fence and Gate was the best choice for us when it came to protecting and ensuring safety and security for our property. We also wanted a fence that would provide privacy for us. Our dog is deaf and we needed a safe place for our pet to enjoy the natural desert setting. We anticipate that our new fence will be maintenance free and improve with age as it will turn from an elegant gray to a warm rust color.

I worked with Cody from the beginning (concept visualization) to end product delivery. The planter w/ trellis is solidly constructed to withstand the heat/rain/cold and occasional browsing by desert wildlife. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and the crew (Steven) who came to do the installation. Cody is involved in all aspects of design to installation. I think this is critical since he shows a commitment to delivering high quality product in each step of the process. Cody is also very professional and prompt in writing (email/text) and in person. Cody and his team designed and installed my gate and I rec'd several compliments, with one homeowner calling who actually had a gate designed and installed through his company. A few years later, my block wall shifted and my gate would not open or close properly. Cody was efficient and came by to correct this issue. I appreciated this as it was done in a timely manner. Would definitely use his company again!

I love my new fence. We have five acres of beautiful desert, and needed to fence in the pool area without interfering with our gorgeous views. We chose a straight picket rebar fence, with mesh screening. The fence itself is handcrafted, custom made, and looks beautiful in it's own right. We can also see through the invisible mesh, so the whole thing blends in with rather than detract from our view. Unlike so many contractors in Tucson, they show up when they say they are going to show up, kept me in the loop regarding every detail of the job, cleaned up after themselves, and genuinely cared about

We engaged Johansen to fabricate dog run fencing and a wall shielding our trash containers. The estimating and construction experience was outstanding; Cody Johansen is very customer oriented. The project was done quickly by a highly competent crew and was completed on time and on budget.
